Processing Time

 Because each of our totes is custom-embroidered to order in our Nebraska studio, please allow 7-10 business days for us to design, stitch, and package your items before they are shipped. We take pride in the details and want to ensure your custom bag is perfect!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via standard ground delivery.

• Standard Shipping: $8.00

• Heavy Goods Shipping: $12.00

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days once they have been handed over to the carrier.
