This website is operated by Grace Chvala, doing business as Pocket and Pearl Co. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pocket and Pearl Co. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Section 1 - Customization & Handcrafted Nature We take great pride in our custom embroidery. Because each tote is individually stitched in our Nebraska studio, slight variations in thread color, placement, and finish are a natural part of the handcrafted process. By purchasing, you acknowledge that these variations do not constitute product defects.

Section 2 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Section 3 - Intellectual Property All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pocket and Pearl Co. or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

Section 4 - Limitation of Liability Pocket and Pearl Co. shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.

Section 5 - Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska.
